We ask all new clients to complete an Intake form before their visit. Press click here to open and complete the form. Please arrive a minimum of ten minutes prior to your appointment if you are unable to fill the form out online.
Cancellation and Payment - I am so glad to be working with you! Because we’re tiny (but awesome!), we have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. When you book your appointment, you will need a credit card to hold your spot. If you do not provide a minimum 24-hour notice to us that you will be unable to make the appointment, or if you do not show up for the appointment, or if you have to reschedule in the prior 24-hour period, we charge your card 50% of the cost of the skincare service.
If you are up to 15 minutes late for your skincare service, you can have the remaining time at full cost. If you are up to 10 minutes late for your 30-minute facial, you can have the remaining time at full cost. Clients later than this will be asked to reschedule.
